Registration Types

Registration includes admission to all conference sessions (general session, breakout sessions, and co-located events)

Full Conference Registration – (June 14, 8:00 am – June 16, 2:30 pm): Full Conference Registration includes admission to all conference sessions (general session, breakout sessions, and co-located events), entry to the Expo, all meal functions, and speaker presentations (available on conference app during the event).
Monday Only Registration – (June 14, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm): This registration includes admission to Sustainable Fuels Summit and Ethanol 101 Summit, entry to the Expo and all meal functions on Tuesday. Also includes Speaker presentations (available on conference app during the event).
Tuesday Only Registration – (June 15, 7:00 am – 6:30 pm): This registration includes admission to conference sessions (general session, breakout sessions, and co-located events), entry to the Expo and all meal functions on Tuesday. Also includes Speaker presentations (available on conference app during the event).
Wednesday Only Registration – (June 16, 7:00 am – 2:30 pm): This registration includes admission to conference breakout sessions, entry to the Expo and all meal functions on Wednesday. Also includes Speaker presentations (available on conference app during the event).
Producer - Full Conference Registration – (June 14 – June 16): Ethanol, Biodiesel, Advanced Biofuels/Biochemical, Cellulosic Ethanol, Renewable Diesel
Producer Registration is free admission to all conference sessions (general sessions and breakout sessions), entry to the Expo, all meal functions, and speaker presentations (available online after the conference).

Government - Full Conference Registration – (June 14 – June 16): Government Registration includes admission to all conference sessions (general session, breakout sessions, and co-located events), entry to the Expo, all meal functions, and speaker presentations (available on conference app during the event).

Media Passes – (June 14 – June 16): BBI International prides itself on making its events as "press friendly" as possible. With comprehensive event access, we make every effort to help facilitate the journalistic process. Complimentary press credentials are issued to reporters, editors and photographers in the working press, including trade journals. Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

On or before April 15, 2027 (60+ days prior to June 14, 2027) - Registrants will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee
April 16, 2027 – May 14, 2027 (59–31 days prior) - Registrants will receive a 75% refund of the paid registration (25% retained as a cancellation fee)
On or after May 15, 2027 (30 days or less prior to the conference) - No refunds or credits will be issued

Additional Terms

Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge
No-shows will not receive a refund
All refunds will be processed after the event
BBI International reserves the right to modify event format if necessary; registrations will remain valid
